If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it shall be permanently barred.
11. User Accounts and Registration
SpeedTest Pro does not require user accounts or registration to use our free internet speed testing service. We designed our tool to be fully accessible without creating an account, providing an anonymous and private experience. In the future, should we introduce optional account features (such as saving test history, tracking speeds over time, or personalized dashboards), such accounts will be subject to additional terms. Users would be required to provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials. We will never require an account to perform a basic speed test.
